Uchechi Agwu is the Founder and Managing Consultant, Culture Keepers Consulting Limited. Prior to establishing Culture Keepers Consulting, Uche worked as Chief Operating Officer in a cutting edge consulting firm, Vision and Talent International Limited. Preceding her experience in consulting, she worked in the Nigerian banking sector for almost two decades, specifically Diamond Bank Plc and Standard Chartered Bank Limited. In these institutions, she acquired experience in diverse areas such as Branch Operations, Credit and Marketing, Branch Administration, Personal and Corporate Banking, Insurance and Foreign Investment Product Sales as well as Retail Products Development. Her banking career was marked with consistent excellent customer service delivery, surpassed sales budgets and exemplary leadership. Uche had a remarkable ability for turning around loss making and underperforming business units by means of her deep business insights and ability to motivate and monitor her team members for effectiveness. She was also noted for her outstanding ability to coach team members to deliver superior results. As a trainer, Uche is able to bring her wealth of experience to the fore and to deliver high- quality coaching to diverse audiences. Her dynamic personality, firsthand experience and expertise command participants’ interest and involvement. A graduate of the University of Calabar (BSc Management), she also holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and is a CMD accredited Management Trainer. Her consulting interests are in the areas of Customer Service, Leadership, Selling, Workplace Etiquette, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Culture Change Management and other Soft skills.
